About SpineCare The SpineCare Medical Group is a multidisciplinary group of spine specialists who have worked together for the last 20 years. Our spine specialists collectively have over 300 years experience with spinal problems. We pride ourselves on being able to make a diagnosis on every spinal patient that we see. We will be able to tell you what can be done to improve your pain and function. There is no spinal problem that is too difficult for us to handle. Most of the patients that we see have experienced failure after failure at other spine centers around the world. We do all forms of diagnostic procedures to find out where the pain comes from. These include MRI and CT scans, diagnostic injections, electrodiagnostics, and psychological evaluations. The patient history and physical examination, of course, remain the most important diagnostic tool. We have six expert spinal diagnosticians in our group. The SpineCare Medical Group does all forms of spinal treatment. Nonsurgical (conservative) care includes physical therapy, stabilization training, manipulation, medications, therapeutic injections, and a wide variety of psychological and pain interventions. We have a worldwide network of therapists and other specialists who treat pain non-operatively in the patient’s local area. The SpineCare Medical Group has a common sense approach to back pain. We help you understand the cause of your back pain and show you how to control your pain with natural methods. Almost all back pain can be controlled without surgery. There are hundreds of non-operative (conservative) methods to control back pain. Understanding the source of the pain helps select the natural (nonoperative) treatment that will work best. When surgery is necessary, there are many new minimally invasive surgical techniques which will often allow you to return to your normal daily activities within a few days. When a more complex surgery is necessary, our team of experts carefully and methodically review with you the entire procedure and recovery.
