SpineCare Medical Group is located in the Seton Medical Center Offices at 1850 Sullivan Avenue in Daly City, California. We are located a few miles south of San Francisco, just off of Interstate 280.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH

Driving South on Interstate 280:  Take the Eastmoor / Sullivan Ave. / Mission St. exit (Exit #48).  As the road forks, stay to the left toward Eastmoor. At the stoplight, turn left onto Sullivan Ave. Stay on Sullivan Ave. for a few blocks, straight through the first light and past San Fernando Way. At the second light, bear right and go uphill into the Seton Medical Center Offices.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH

Driving North on Interstate 280:  Take Pacifica / Eastmoor exit (Exit # 47). As the road forks, stay to the right toward Eastmoor. At the upcoming intersection, get into the left hand lane. Turn left at the light onto Junipero Serra. Turn left again at the next stoplight onto Eastmoor Ave. (The street name on the right side will be San Pedro.) Stay in the left lane and turn left at the next light onto Sullivan Ave. Stay on Sullivan, past San Fernando Way. At the next light, bear right and go uphill into the Seton Medical Center Offices.

SpineCare is located at 1850 Sullivan Avenue (the peach-colored building) on the second floor. Visitors may park in the garage opposite the building’s main entrance.
